Application for admission

Gather the following documents, then send them to your admission adviser.

- The admission form duly completed and signed;

- A copy of all your diplomas;

- A copy of your last course transcript;

- A copy of your birth certificate;

- A photocopy of your passport, at the page containing the picture and the expiration date;

- The payment of the admission and registration fees.

request for the Certificat d'acceptation du québec

(C.A.Q.)

Complete, sign and return the request for the Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (C.A.Q.) to the international student office. We take care of the transfer to Quebec’s Immigration Office.

Getting the study permit

When the Ministère de l’Immigration du Québec has issued your Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (C.A.Q.) (it takes approximately one month to process the request after the creation of the file), go to the closest Canadian visa treatment center to submit, in person, a study permit request.

Arrival in canada

Conditional on the issuance of your permit, you will be able to plan your arrival in Canada. Please note that you will have to pay a lump sum of 25% of your tuition fees before classes start. The outstanding balance is payable in monthly payments during the classroom curriculum.
